Description
“Sarit Centre” Mixed Used development, located in Nairobi, Kenya.
The development has the following characteristics:
1. Two basements & over ground Parking Silo providing parking spaces for the Complex and M/E areas (44,000 m²)
2. Five floor Mall Area with retails, restaurants, shops, Hyper Market, Cinemas, etc (30,000 m²)
3. Exhibition Hall in 1 floor: 6,100 m²
4. Refurbishment of M&E Services of Existing Mall area.
Total build up area: 84.100m²

The scope of work of MEP installations includes Preliminary Design, Construction Design and Site Supervision of the following installations:
